Original Thai massage works with direct pressure and stretches.It is performed slowly with lots of repetition. The client is fully clothed as no oil is used.
It is a complex sequence of soft tissue presses, stretches, twists and joint manipulation.
Traditional Thai massage has been adapted for the couch / table in this routine and incorporates the moves from Thai massage into more Swedish-style massage.
Students should wear loose fitting clothing.
