Gill Morris - Director

I am passionate about this industry, it’s exciting, constantly evolving and has endless opportunities for mature minded people. From 1998 - 2008 I had my own management consultancy which included business skills training some of which we have included in our Business courses. These courses help to ensure graduates are more employable and those already in this industry continue to develop.

Before having my own marketing and business consultancy I was a general beauty therapist, then owned two salons, sold them and worked for the supply side of the industry in research and development, new product development and general marketing, I travelled extensively internationally and spoke in conventions in such diverse places as America and Japan. I am also an author of text books, distance learning workbooks, industry articles as a well as being a judge of industry awards, member of college advisory committees, an international and national speaker plus a founding director of Habia the government recognised body which sets the National Occupational Standards for hair and beauty. Currently I am also one of the Employer Champions for the new ‘World of Work’ school Diplomas.

My passion, involvement and knowledge within the field of continuing professional development is well documented and I devote 100% of my energies to meet the training and C.P.D. needs of those in this great industry and their businesses.
