As an independent educator and a member of HABIA's Beauty Skills Team, his skill with a wax strip has seen him travel extensively both in this country and abroad, demonstrating the art of 'manscaping' to fellow therapists across the globe.

Andy specialises in male Brazilian waxing and is the owner of a successful men's salon in Hampshire.

Gill Mann

Subjects: Understanding LASER & IPL plus Advanced Electrolysis

I have been in the beauty industry since 1995, having trained at Warwickshire College in Leamington Spa, working for leading Midlands salons and clinics and having moved South now run my own clinic in Reading.

I am a fervent supporter of electrolysis and as such offer a full range of hair removal treatments, advanced electrolysis techniques and additional treatments such as Intense Pulsed Light treatments. I am a qualified FE teacher have taught electrolysis at the prestigious London College of Fashion for the 3 years,

I am also an active member of the British Institute and Association of Electrolysis speaking and demonstrating regularly at their events.

I love electrolysis and the training I offer; where I aim to give confidence in basic skills where required and additional, profitable skills to those already enjoying success in this field.

David Wright

David Wright has been a Human Resources Consultant within the Beauty Industry for a number of years.He writes regular Employment Law and Employment Practice features for “Health and Beauty Magazine” ,” Salon Today” and a question and answer feature for Hairdresser’s Journal.

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and an external examiner. Whilst he is an expert in his field David’s style is informal ,friendly and down to earth..The focus is on ensuring delegates use Employment Law and Practice to ge tthe most form their Business.

David uses real examples from the Beauty industry and there will be lots of practical tips for you.

Heather Adams

Heather has specialised in Holistic Therapies Training for a number of years.

She has written articles for trade publications and has spoken at events such as the Unilver PLC Technical Innovation Workshop.

Heather has her own Holistic Therapy treatment practice and is an expert in the application of Aromatherapy, Advanced Massage Techniques including Thai Herbal Maasage, Indian Head and Hot Stone Massage, Reiki and Hopi Ear Candles

Teressa Chilton

BABTAC Snr GPBT. C & G Dip Ed

Working as a Beauty Therapist but specialising in Therapeutic/deep tissue massage, considered an expert by the industry in this field and has written many articles and lectured at industry events on the subject which she is passionate about.

Teressa was appointed to the Habia working party to help improve standards within the industry for massage.

In addition to her salon work Teresa regularly works alongside Olympic Doctors and Physiotherapists with elite athletes and is sports massage therapist to the Lawn Tennis Association, the Association of Tennis Professionals and The English Institute of Sport.

Janice Brown

My 23 years experience in the professional beauty industry has covered a wide spectrum of roles beginning as an electrologist and beauty therapist, working for the Tao clinic group initially at the Sheffield branch and latterly as national manager.

My career has since included; sales representative, FE lecturer, research and development manager and company trainer. I am the co author of the Encyclopaedia of Hair Removal and a director of the House of Famuir Ltd. Beauty Therapy for me is not only a career but a true passion; I have a wealth of experience to share both practically and technically.

My international travel ensures I am constantly learning, able to research new innovations and strive to keep my knowledge constantly at the cutting edge of our industries technology.

Beverly Piper

Beverly is a very well known professional in the UK Beauty Industry.

As Training Director/Owner of internationaly recognised Lash Perfect Lash Extensions.

Bev combines her considerable training expertise and qualifications with an approachable friendly outlook. Bev is a fully qualified Beauty Therapy Teacher, Assessor and Internal Verifier, with strong industry experience gained as Product Manager and European Training Director for leading companies. Bev has worked througout Europe and America, and constantly extended her training knowledge.

As a salon owner for over 24 years, Bev can fully understand the practical needs of the modern salon owner and can bring this unique insight into all her training of professional beauty therapists
