Looking after your skin

You skin is something that can be affected by many factors such as the sun, wind, products we use, smoking and just as we age. It is important to look after your skin to avoid wrinkles and damaging the layers that make up your skin, some of which cannot be reversed.

One way to look after your skin is to wear sun cream with a high factor in it. You may opt for a foundation or a moisturiser that already contains SPF 15 or above to ensure that you are protected every day. You should also ensure that you remove all make up every night and try and have at least one day a week when you do not wear any make up. Make up can often clog up pours and cause acne or stop the skin from absorbing moisture.

You may wish to use a cleanser and moisturiser to keep your skin looking healthy and possibly even a toner.
